What is our return policy?
We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase if:

Product is damaged or defective
Product is not as described
Over estimated to arrive time
Receive wrong or lesser item
How long do I have to make a return?
All items must be returned according to the instructions below within 30 days.

Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive a full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refund will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the date we receive your returned item.
Return Shipping Instructions
You can send your purchase back to us, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return according to our policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, please contact us get returns shipping address (it maybe at warehouse of United States or China ).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are shipping an item over $35, please consider using a trackable shipping service or
purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Following are conditions on which return is not accepted:
!!Special Sale items can not be returned for refund
1: All custom-made items can not be returned.
2: If you return part of the costumes, the payment can not be refunded.
3: Worn, used or altered items can not be returned.
4: undergarments, socks and stocking can not be returned.
5: Items for one time wear or indoor use like shoe covers, boots tops, costume shoes, etc can not be returned.
6: Wigs, prosthetics, fangs, fake teeth, cosmetics, beards, facial hair and any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips, hair extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, hats with attached hair can not be returned.
7: Unauthorized refusal packages will be charged 15% of the total cost on the order as restocking fee. Also, this makes sense in the case that you forget to sign the package and the parcel is returned back to us.
8: 20% restocking fee will be charged, if the return is not authorized. Thus, 80% of the total cost on the order can be refunded.
9. The clearance items can not be returned for a refund.
Please kindly note that as long as your “customized order “ hasn't been shipped , we will only refund you total shipping cost (product cost can not been refund). if they are shipped, we are sorry that we won't accept order cancellation.
A. For Order cancellation within 24 hours and the order status shows “awaiting fulfillment”, we will refund 80% of the total price. (20% of the cost refers to the advertising and promotion expenses, order processing labor costs, raw material preparation costs and other miscellaneous cost.)
B. For Order cancellation after 24 hours ,and the order states shows “awaiting fulfillment”, within the processing time,we will refund 50% of the total price (After 24 hours, the factory has already begun to make your item, and related products materials have been purchased, and the workers related to the production has done preparatory work, or that we have purchased the product which can not be returned to the suppliers).
C. For Order cancellation after 24 hours ,and the order states shows “awaiting fulfillment”, exceed the processing time,we will refund you 100% of the total price.
D. If the order status shows “shipped”, we are sorry that we could not accept any order cancellation.
